S.T.A.N.D. - Striving Towards a New Destiny


We strive to empower our youth and young adults to live out their faith and commitment to God, church, community and each other. We are committed to building a firm foundation, creating family-oriented events to benefit our church and community. 

 “So encourage each other and build each other up, just as you are already doing.” 
1 Thessalonians 5:11

Our focus is to seek the development of the mind, body, and spirit of all young people. 
Membership ranges in three age levels
17 – 35 years old
14-16 years old - high school
13 years old & under - middle school

Passions include: 
  • Member Sermons - Youth Sunday - 1st Sunday monthly
  • participating in the Annual AIDS walk
  • vocal expression at annual ‘Poetry Slam’
  • Bridging the Gap Seminars & Events: Fostering relationships with all generations of our congregation & community
