Annual Parish Meeting: In accordance with the laws of the State of New York - (Article 11 - Section 43), regarding the laws of an Incorporated body, St. Philip’s Episcopal Church, Brooklyn, is obligated to hold its Annual Parish meeting on the day of incorporation or the Sunday closest to. To this end, we have scheduled our Annual Parish meeting for this Sunday, December13th, 2020. The only agenda item for this meeting will be our annual vestry elections. A fuller and more comprehensive parish meeting will be had some time during next year, the curtailment of CORVID 19 permitting.
The meeting will be commence immediately following the worship Service with all attendees “in good standing” would be able to vote within the context of their attendance at that Service - in-person, via Zoom, or by telephone. This age of technology has enabled us to vote remotely, and instructions for doing this will be given at the appropriate time.
